THE END OF PRINTING FAILURES
The main cause of printing failure are the air bubbles inside the ink and foam, which prevent the ink from getting down to the nozzles. With the A20 vacuum system, all air bubbles are eliminated, allowing the maximum use of the cartridge in addition to dramatically reduce the need for exchange.

PRODUCTIVITY
After the cartridge of any model (black or color) is prepared, A20 machine recharges it in less than 1 minute. It is an ideal machinery for both small and large production. The productivity average of INK UNIVERSAL VACUUM A20 (hours per month) is 60 cartridges per hour (11,520 cartridges per month).
NOTE: The production estimative hours per month takes into consideration the amount produced per hour x number of days worked in the month (8 hours x 24 days).
