Sealing Process
The covers of sealing by induction have inside a metallic disk lined of plastic of wax, named liner. After fixing the liner between the recipient and the liner, put it under the induction coil of SELAFIX 500 where a variable magnetic field is generated. Soon after established the magnetic field, an intense electric current is induced in the metallic disk, causing its rapid heating and consequently the melting plastic material or wax contained in the sticky side of the liner. After the time of welding and subsequent cooling of the set, the plastic film creates a strong adherence with the recipient resulting in seal hermetically closed.
The process doesn’t cause changes in the product, because the heating and the cooling of the seal are extremely fast
