CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
Ciclone Station, through its high power of suction, prevents the dust to go to the environment when working with toner cartridges. The wastes of powder are aspirated and stored in special compartments with capacity for 50 kg of waste.
ABSOLUT SUCCESS
The machine was developed in March 2005, going through one year of tests and modifications until it gets to what is today. Initially developed for Master-Ink own use, it was required to be launched in the market by our customers when visiting the company. Produced only when ordered in the beginning, the great number of orders demanded its production in series, an absolute success in the toner refilling market.

EASY AND CHEAP MAINTENANCE
The machine has sleeve type powder filters, in low cost polypropylene fabric that can be washed and reused. The filters have a compressed air jets self-cleaning system, that are triggered by a timer (timer). Another advantage of the machine is that it has an air pressure regulator to adjust the pressure of the shooting, which avoids problems on the carcasses in the process of recharging.

HOW CICLONE WORKS
Cyclone is a powder “separating” machine that uses centripetal force. The powder enters along with the air, at high speed and turns as a real ciclone, within a metal cylinder. In this process, the heavier parts (the dust) stay on the walls and the lighter (air) in the middle, separating them. The powder is stored safely in a suitable container in the bottom of the unit and the air is expelled by the upper end, through a sleeve filter that retains the few remaining particles in the air (about 10%), which allows the environment to be completely clean and prolongs the life of the filter.

Sleeve Filter – An (01) industrial sleeve filter, built in carbon steel plates with filtration system made through 450g/m2 polypropylene buffer sleeve filters, filled inside with cages for structuring and fixed by edges with springs. – The filters cleaning system is totaly automated by high pressure jets (from 6.0 to 7.5 kgf/Cm2) to be injected inside the sleeves, through impulses controlled by a timer, two tracks solenoid diaphragm valves, compressed air barrel. – At the bottom part of the filter will be installed a deposit for the removal of collected powder waste. |
